Managed Services Technical Salesforce Release Manager
As the Technical Salesforce Release Manager you will play a pivotal role within ThirdEye’s Salesforce Managed Services Practice. Reporting directly to the Managed Services Lead, you will collaborate with ThirdEye’s most strategic clients, with complex orgs, supporting them in developing long-term roadmaps to sustain and enhance their Salesforce environments. This position offers an exciting mix of technical and functional responsibilities. As the primary contact for key client stakeholders, your focus will be on forging robust relationships, becoming an indispensable part of their Salesforce success.

Who You Are, and What You’ve Done:
- You have delivered complex solutions on multiple Salesforce clouds (including one or more from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc), either as part of Consultancy, or within an end-user
- You are comfortable running client workshops to ascertain business requirements
- You have created process maps, user stories and functional specifications to document client business requirements
- You have created solutions for client business requirements, accurately estimating tickets and providing regular burn down report to clients
- You have strong build skills; are very comfortable with Flow; can configure Salesforce to implement solutions to business problems and you enjoy this aspect of your role
- Ability to analyse a client’s Salesforce org, identify the root causes of issues, and perform debugging to resolve client problems effectively
- Proactively identify and raise risks with the Managed Services Lead to ensure ThirdEye is always providing the highest quality of service to clients
- You are familiar with third-party applications that complement or add to Salesforce’s features
- You are comfortable demonstrating your work to client stakeholders (end users, product owners, SMEs)
- You have hands-on DevOps experience, using tools such as Copado or Gearset, to migrate your Salesforce solutions between environments
- You have experience managing small Scrum teams, coordinating work across multiple clients, and effectively delegating tasks
- You have hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
- You have the highest of quality standards. This includes but is not limited to unit testing your own work; peer reviewing your teammates’ work and vice versa; writing good test scripts and tracking their execution outcomes
- You have experience with Business Change. This includes but is not limited to creating and delivering training materials; planning and executing onboarding processes; guiding customers through their adoption of the Salesforce platform
- Ideally, you will have had some experience coding using APEX and LWC
- You want to always be learning. You want to experience different kinds of projects, for different clients, in different industries
- You want to grow your skills, be they technical, functional, or other
- You are a team player and comfortable supporting more junior members of the team, delegating work where appropriate
- You are a self-starter, you are happy to wear different hats, you think on your feet, and drive forward to deliver the best outcomes for your clients/teams.
What You Will Do:
- Work on engaging client projects, building close relationships with clients and team members, and will work on solving challenging business problems using Salesforce
- Enjoy interesting and fun internal projects! Including our market leading innovation projects, best practice development, building accelerators and assets, and much more
- Your projects will be run in an Agile manner
- Run, lead and/or participate in discovery workshops, creating outputs such as process maps, user stories and functional specifications
- Document and manage your solutions using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and LucidChart
- Deliver solutions using leading DevOps tools such as Gearset
- Work closely with the Managed Services Lead to develop best practices, share learnings and build cool assets
- Work closely with the Managed Services Lead to collaboratively plan the next steps in your Salesforce career, driven by how you want to develop, and based on the experiences you want to have
- Maintain your existing skills and develop new ones. This includes support and training for Salesforce certifications, as well as functional skills
- Use your experiences to mentor junior team members as they develop their career in Salesforce
