What You’ll Do

Test Design and Execution

• Create clear and concise test scripts for business scenarios, including:

  • Prerequisites, test steps, and expected result.

  • Negative scenarios and edge cases.

  • Full traceability back to requirements.

• Conduct various types of testing effectively and efficiently:

  • Manual testing of functionality and workflows.

  • (Nice to have) Automated testing using tools like Provar or similar.

  • Create, maintain, and execute regression suites.

  • Create UAT test scripts

  • Performance testing to baseline systems and measure against benchmarks.

• Raise and manage defects uncovered during testing, providing detailed replication steps and test evidence.

• Own testing activities necessary for the project

Test Data Management

• Load or create sample data to facilitate testing activities.

• Anonymise business data where required to ensure compliance with data protection policies.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to align on requirements and testing needs.

• Use tools like Jira to manage tests, track progress, and facilitate defect resolution discussions.

• Communicate effectively through collaboration tools such as Slack or MS Teams.

• Actively participate in meetings, providing insights, updates on progress, and raising blockers as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and executing test strategies for complex projects.

• Proven track record in testing health/legal/finance/CRM domains

• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing processes and tools.

• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and collaboration platforms like MS Teams and Slack.

• Experience in test data management, including anonymisation and creation of sample datasets.

• Ability to produce detailed, traceable test scripts and defect reports.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable working in an agile environment

• Experience testing on the Salesforce platform would be an advantage
