Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Manager - London Based

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are investing significantly in our Sales, Marketing and Alliances function as a key driver of our business growth.
We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Alliances Manager to take ownership of our partner ecosystem and play a critical role in driving partner-influenced revenue, market differentiation, and joint go-to-market success.
This is a pivotal individual contributor role, operating with significant cross-functional influence across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for defining and executing a tiered alliances strategy, managing a portfolio of partners across different levels of maturity and strategic importance.
This includes:
Tier 1 Strategic Partners: Salesforce, Databricks, and a frontier AI partner central to our future service offerings
Tier 2 Vertical Partners: ~10 partners aligned to key ThirdEye industries
Tier 3 Ecosystem Partners: A broader network to be nurtured and activated over time
You will act as the central orchestrator of partner-driven growth, ensuring each relationship delivers measurable commercial impact.
What you will do
Partner Strategy & Commercial Ownership
Define and execute a tiered alliances strategy aligned to ThirdEye’s growth objectives
Establish clear partner plans, success metrics, and revenue contribution expectations (including partner-influenced pipeline)
Continuously evaluate partner performance, focusing investment on high-impact relationships
Strategic Partner Leadership (Tier 1)
Own senior relationships with Salesforce, Databricks, and our AI partner, positioning ThirdEye as a trusted, go-to partner
Lead joint business planning, including pipeline targets, account alignment, and co-sell execution
Drive co-innovation, particularly with our AI partner, to develop differentiated offerings and services
Go-To-Market & Co-Sell Execution
Design and execute joint GTM strategies with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners, aligned to industry and solution plays
Enable and support Sales teams with partner-led propositions, campaigns, and account strategies
Embed structured co-sell motions (e.g. joint account planning, deal alignment, partner engagement in sales cycles)
Drive ThirdEye’s presence across partner marketplaces (e.g. Salesforce AppExchange, Databricks ecosystem)
Vertical Partner Development (Tier 2)
Manage and activate a portfolio of ~10 vertical-aligned partners
Develop joint industry propositions and campaigns to drive pipeline within each vertical
Increase partner engagement, referrals, and collaboration through structured activation plans
Ecosystem Growth & Nurturing (Tier 3)
Maintain and evolve a broader partner network, identifying future strategic opportunities
Implement scalable approaches to partner engagement and nurture
Market Insight & Positioning
Leverage partner insight to shape ThirdEye’s market positioning, particularly across Salesforce, Data, and AI
Ensure ThirdEye remains visible, relevant, and differentiated within key partner ecosystems
Internal Alignment & Influence
Act as the bridge between Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery
Align internal capability development with partner-driven opportunities and GTM priorities
Influence stakeholders to prioritise and execute against key partner initiatives
What you have done
Built and executed strategic alliances programmes within a partner-led business model
Contributed to or owned partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
Managed relationships with major platform partners (ideally Salesforce and/or data/AI ecosystems)
Developed and executed joint GTM strategies and co-sell motions
Demonstrated success in driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and creating differentiated offerings
