What You'll Do

• Lead teams to deliver multiple large-scale, complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

• Work on a wide range of projects, including strategic enterprise accounts

• Focus on delivery excellence, working with a talented team

• Manage project team members and be accountable for ensuring best practice is followed and work is delivered to a high standard

• Define the overall solution at a high level and delegate key components of the solution to the build team

• Actively participate in and contribute to internal community sessions

• Develop and deepen your craft as a Solution Architect

• Actively engage in professional development sessions, collaborating with colleagues to lead and/or deliver demos, discuss best-practice approaches for clients, and plan and update on internal innovation initiatives

• Leverage AI tools to optimise solutioning and delivery without compromising on quality

What You've Done

Salesforce Expertise

• Acted as the primary Salesforce Solution Architect on multiple large-scale, complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, covering the entire project lifecycle

• Significant experience and deep understanding of core Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and ideally one or more of Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud Advanced, CRMA or Industry Cloud (such as Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud or Education Cloud)

• Working knowledge of Agentforce and how to design agentic experiences

• Significant experience working on the core Salesforce platform including areas such as security, permissions and declarative build options including Lightning App Builder, Flow and Experience Builder

• Previous experience working on complex data migrations

• Experience of working with third-party packages, such as document generation, e-signature, CTI and industry-specific products

• Hold or are on the path to achieving the Certified Application Architect certification

Solution Design

• Significant experience creating process maps and data modelling

• Creating high-quality solution design documentation, including HLDs and LLDs

• Documenting the System Landscape, ERD, System Security Architecture and other outputs as required by the project

• Reviewing and coaching more junior project team members while owning the overall solution

• Participates in integration discussions and develops an understanding of different integration options in the Salesforce platform

• Designing solutions that consider the needs of both internal and external users

Requirements Gathering

• Building innovative POCs to solve business problems and demonstrate the art of the possible

Process Mapping

• Reviewing functional process maps created by BAs to visualise and optimise workflows

Workshop Facilitation

• Planning and facilitating engaging functional workshops to gather business requirements

Project Lifecycle

• Managing and engaging with stakeholders of all levels effectively throughout the project lifecycle

• Guiding testing and taking responsibility for QA and UAT testing success

• Coaching and overseeing the deliverables of more junior team members, including ensuring quality gates are adhered to

• Hands-on metadata deployment experience, comfortable using Gearset and GitHub to automate and version-control releases
