Our programme is designed to turn ambitious graduates into confident, certified AI, Data & Salesforce Technical Consultants. Who we're looking for

Who you are

Our Graduates are proactive, self-starters who take ownership of their work. They have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively and adapt to dynamic environments. They are team players who care deeply about the quality of their work. They have enthusiasm for client-facing roles and want to be part of building something great.
Graduates that thrive with us have a passion for technology, innovation, AI, data and love to problem solve. We look for individuals that are curious and analytical in their thinking and approach.
Relevant degrees

Our ideal candidates are from STEM degree programmes, for example computer science, engineering or physics.
Programming experience

We're looking for demonstrable experience in at least one general-purpose, object-oriented or enterprise software development language, e.g. Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript. We're looking for candidates who've built something meaningful (coursework, personal projects, or internships) using the languages mentioned above.

Benefits & Perks

Application Process

Applications open October 1st and close November 6th, with interviews taking place from mid-October through to the second week of November, before successful candidates are invited to one of our in-person Assessment Days, held on November 18th and 25th.

CV Review

Submit your CV via our Careers Page. We’ll review your application and respond within one week.
Initial Interview

If shortlisted, you’ll have a video interview with a member of our recruitment team. We’ll talk about your interests, your goals, and why you think this role and ThirdEye is right for you.
Technical Interview

At this stage there will be a technical interview, which involves a conversation with one of our team about your technical experience. It's an opportunity for us to understand how you think, see the skills you've built so far, and get a sense of your enthusiasm for tech.
Assessment Day

Attend an in-person Assessment Day at our London office. You’ll meet current grads, team members - and some of our office dogs! You’ll find out more about life at ThirdEye and complete a series of assessments. Come prepared to ask us lots of questions.
